Many years ago when social media was the new kid on the block companies took a very careful approach and were very slow to jump on board. Some companies choose to ignore social media altogether and others put a number of employee guidelines in place. Now it’s no longer the new kid everyone is jumping on board and fully embracing the medium. It’s a great place to reach out to your customers in real-time.
